Personal data of Newsletter subscribers are processed by us for the following purpose(s):
-Informing the person by means of news releases.

For the above purpose(s), the broker may request the following personal information from you:

Your personal data will be stored by us for the purpose of the aforementioned processing(s) for the period:

-During the period that one is registered or to request deregistration.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF PROSPECT, STAKEHOLDER/LOBBY CONTACTS AND/OR INTERESTED PARTIES

Personal data of prospective clients, stakeholder/lobby contacts and/or interested parties are processed by us for the following purpose(s):

-Provision of information in the form of newsletters and/or targeted contacts.

For the above purpose(s), the broker may request the following personal information from you:

Your personal data will be stored by the broker for the purpose of the aforementioned processing(s) for the period:

During the period of contact / de-registration application.

DISTRIBUTION TO THIRD PARTIES

We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above.

For example, we use the services of a third party:

-Taking care of the Internet environment of the AVG programme;
-Taking care of the (financial) administration;
-Taking care of newsletters and invitations;

-Processing and maintaining personal and product data in the real estate agent program;
-The realisation of reports, promotional or sales material;
-Providing information and visual material to the website developer.

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processor's agreement. We will, of course, make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) to guarantee the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the information provided by you to other parties, unless required and permitted to do so by law. An example of this is that the police request (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such a case we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this information. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us your written consent.

INSIDE THE EU

We do not provide any personal data to parties established outside the EU.

MINORY MEASURES

We only process personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) if written permission has been given by the parent, caretaker or legal representative.

We do not retain personal information for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it is provided or required by law.

You have the right to inspect, correct or delete the personal data we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or a part thereof) by us or by one of our processors. That being said, unless and to the extent that the law obliges to retain the personal data in question or there are (other) urgent reasons that oppose removal. You also have the right to have the data provided by you transferred by us to yourself or on your instructions directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can respond to the above requests.
